Among the gentle hills of the Marche region, Pilandro has an olive grove with more than forty years of history.

The resulting oil has the typical Marche character, underlined by the presence
of numerous regional varieties that give it nuances with unique and unrepeatable aromas.

Situated at an altitude of 60-80m (195-265’) with a south by southeast exposure and a chalky terrain rich in clay in the southern part of Lake Garda near Desenzano

Harvest

Mechanical harvesting, delicate in full respect of the integrity of the grapes with rapid transfer to the cellar. From mid to late September

Bottling

In mid-January, with subsequent spring refinement in the bottle

Soft and respectful pressing of the grapes in an inert atmosphere. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°
