Located in Castelplanio in the setting of the Marche region, among the Castelli di Jesi, our Verdicchio DOC Classico is born with a production of 80-90 quintals per hectare. Hilly clay soil.

Harvest

It takes place by machine, delicate in full respect of the integrity of the grapes with rapid transfer to the cellar. From mid to late September.

Bottling

In March with subsequent refinement in the bottle

Obtained by pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C
